First, measure the voltage across the battery bank. The voltage is checked from the two spots that connect to the cart. The other batteries are all wired together. You should have more that the listed cart voltage (either 36 or 48 volts). If you have good voltage at the batteries, follow the "hot" wire (usually red) from the + side over to its next connection. Test from the negative side of the battery (-) to the next spot. If you have an old style f/r switch, it's possible that this switch has worn out.........best to have it replaced.
