My hitachi inveter split ac green light 9 times blinking and ac not working

Get the model number of your mini split unit (on tag on indoor unit and outdoor unit) Google hitachi error codes. You should be able to pull up a code list for that unit. I believe it may be a communication problem between the indoor and outdoor unit. Possible bad connection of wire going from outdoor to indoor unit

AC Starts normally but after some time of coolinf compressor in outdoor unit trips. Compressor running light in indoor unit remains on and outdoor unit fan remains on. But no cooling. After a break of...

Probably overheating. Check the outdoor coil and see if it is stopped up with dust, grass etc. If so, disconnect power to the unit, and clean the condenser coil with water or air. Be careful not to bend the fins if you use a water sprayer.

Unit on wall is not getting cool, shows a snowflake, when I go outside our large AC is running but the little one is not

1. turn on the AC and go fast to the outdoor unit. hear the sound of the unit. if the compressor tries to start but it can't then you sould change the capacitor which is inside the outdoor unit.
2. Otherwise your compressor is damaged or there is a loose cable connection or one of the two printed circuits (inside-outside) has problem.

My ge ac model APE07AHM1 is not blowing cold air. What could be the problem?

This is an old question, but I am having the same problem with APE07AHM1 that I bought second hand. I'd like to recharge it.

The answer by binev_78 seems to be for outdoor AC compressor units but this is a portable stand alone unit, no outdoor unit.

Heat/ac pump

- If it is a high wall unit yep under charge refrigerant is one of the cause.
- Out of range thermistor is also can also be the cause of tripping outdoor unit with matching blinking light same as low refrigerant.
- Dirty indoor and outdoor can also be the cause
HOW TO CHECK IF YOUR UNIT IS OUT OF FREON
- If your indoor and outdoor is clean start the unit in cool mode and monitor the outdoor pipes. If your suction pipe is icing or dry then your unit is under charge, but if your suction is cold and sweating then the system is ok and sure that the thermistor sensor is defective.
