Do you try downloading the Intel driver chipset.. this install a multiple driver needed by the computer.. and some lan drive work directly with the modem driver. yo need to install too

Weird, I couldn't find the proper driver page using Dell's standard model search. Google'd it and found the right page on Dell's site:

It looks as though there's a couple possibilities within the Broadcom network driver selection.
