Based on what you've told me, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your Cuisinart TOA-65 appliance. You mentioned that you removed the cover to clean it, and now you're getting an error code E01 on the display when you plug it in.
This error code could indicate a problem with the appliance's safety interlock switch. The safety interlock switch is a safety feature that prevents the appliance from operating unless all of the components are properly assembled and in the correct position. It's possible that the safety interlock switch was damaged or dislodged when you removed the cover to clean it.
To fix this issue, you'll need to locate and re-engage the safety interlock switch. This may require disassembling the appliance and reattaching the switch. I would recommend consulting the appliance's instruction manual or contacting Cuisinart for assistance. A qualified appliance repair technician may also be able to help you diagnose and repair the problem.
usually a key symbol means that the appliance is safety locked. usually by holding down a button for 3-5 seconds to lock and holding down the same button to unlock. a child lock safety feature.
Code 5 is a error on the safety valve. This could from a bad electric ignightor. I am not familiar with the grill so I am not sire if it has an electronic coil that heats up or just a popper to ignight. There could also be a obstruction in the gas line. Feel free to provide more information for me.to help you with

The SI 1 error code means there is no safety key in place. Unplug your treadmill, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in.
When you try to use it again, make sure the safety key is firmly in place, and make sure the metal piece below the Emergency Stop sticker is still in place.
If neither of these work, it may be appropriate to take your treadmill to a servicer.
Your error code is for the fixing unit solve by checking the follwoing:-
1. Fixing lamp.
2. thermistor
3. Fixing assembly if receiving PD

Make sure the magnetic safety key ('safety pull' or 'emergency stop magnet') is in place. SAFE OUT indicates that the safety key is not in position or is otherwise not working properly.
