Don't be surprise that the manual name is 662M03, it is still the right manual becuase is made for both type of motherboards.

The front panel connector pinout is on page 2-33, or page 59 in the PDF file. You should have mor ethan enough information to make all the connections you need.

SOURCE: wires connection

If you know where the board came from i.e. a dell laptop model number or dell desktop model number this would help.

The issue is this is a Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} propretary version of the motherboard and can have different configurations based on what machine you got it from.

This is a link to the Dell Dimesion 8400 spec for that board.

The E210882 is commonly the D865GLC motherboard from intel spec is here.

I'm working on an Emachines T3624 I took out the front panel connectors and I can't remember where the power switch connects to the motherboard. I know the general area but I don't know the exact spot....

The manual can be downloaded here, just click on "drivers and downloads" and follow it out.
http://support.gateway.com/us/en/emac/default.aspx

I was hoping to refer you to the manual to provide a diagram, but the manual does not show the front panel I/O connections, so I'll give you general instructions.

The front panel header is a set of two rows of pins. You may need a magnifying glass and flashlight to see the small print on the motherboard that identifies the pins. Look at your front panel cables and look for the same abbreviations on the circuit board. You should see "pw sw" (power switch), "rst" (reset), HDD (hard drive activity indicator LED), and "pw" (indicator LED that shows that the computer is powered up. There should also be speaker.

Just match the cables to the pins on the motherboard. Polarity ( + or - ) is only important for the LED's ( pw and HDD ) Don't worry, if you connect them wrong, they just won't work, just swap wires.

Number codes for giving connections to HDD led,Power led, Reset SW & Power SW to motherboard

Those are really tricky and always vary from motherboard to motherboard.
without the exact model no one will be able to tell you exactly. But I'd recommend that you start out with the power (pw) plug and try trial and error. The only ones really necessary are the pw and reset. the only 2 that are polarity sensitive are the HDD light and pw led.

Tyan le s2510 reconnection to case panel

If you go to Tyan ftp site ftp://ftp.tyan.com/manuals you should have no problem finding the .pdf version of your manual with all jumper and connection settings. I would do so quickly, as the company is making changes to the website. Also, if you look very closely the front panel connections are usually printed on the board but can be difficult to read.

Gigabyte GA-8INXP Motherboard Problem- front connector pins

If the wires from the reset switch is white/blue the blue wire is positive, Hdd red/white red is positive power Green/white Green is positive etc. The wires on the speaker connector will be red/black/black/white - red is positive. The colored wire is always positive. On all GA mb's the positive connection is always towards the back of the MB and are marked with a + on the base of the pin as you can see on the photo. Hope this help.
