FIXYA has no connection to any banking service. It is a Q/A site, where users like me and you answer to other users according to own knowledge. Go to the website of your NOT SPECIFIED banking or credit card service and contacte them or call them by phone
If you have unlocked your mobile it will not show O2. Contact your network provider to check it. If it is not unlocked properly you can try to unlock it again. Unlock codes are also available online like www.theunlockspot.com.

Hi
try calling customer services at O2 or call into an O2 store. They maybe able to tell you the number from the sim number?
They will ask you to answer some security questions which are how much credit is on sim? When you last topped it up? How did you top it up?(i.e. voucher or etop up swipe card) If you cannot answer these then I am afraid they will not be able to give you the number (data protection act).
Good news is that if you go to an O2 store you can pick up a new free sim as long as you put £10 of call credit on it. Hope that helps?
