Security code on a nokia is 5 digits try 12345
If 12345 did not work as your security code then something is not wright.
when your phone is requesting this code what exactly is it asking for because there are 4 differrent codes it can be requesting
Unfortunately unless your sister can tell you what she changed it to you will have to take it to a service centre an have it restored to the default setting of 12345

I brought the nokia 7373 without a sim card of a good friend who says it was unlocked and i put my sim in there and it keeps on saying error code i have tired 12345 and it keeps on sayin error code, but the phone was currnetly on virgin and my sim is on O2. please help

What do you mean you switch off your phone and then try all the codes?
When you turn your phone off and put it back on again you put in the PIN code, which should be in your user guide.
If the phone is brand new then the code is usually 1234 or 0000 or it could be the last four numbers of your phone no but if you get it wrong more than 4 or 5 times the phone will be locked and you will need the puk code if you do lock it ring up your service provider and they will give you the 11 digit puk code after you put this in it will reset your security code to either 1234 or 0000 hope this is some help.......................................
I got 7373 and i put a code when you unlock the fone and it says secrurity code it was 12345 and then i change it to 159 357
i switch my phone off and then i try all the codes

I tried all three things but it still says code error, and i also called the nokia careline but i was told to take to a care centre which i really want to avoid as it would mean making an hour long journey and i really don't have the time!

My phone isnt asking for the security code, i want to put the code on to prevent others from accessing my phone, but when i try to put it on and enter 12345 it says code error.
It isnt a big deal as i can cope without but i have my suspicions on my sister changing it.
