New treadmill keeps on showing E03. Was fine the first time I used it but second just would not go. Any advise.

E02 error code: control board or motor issue. Test the motor first to check if the motor can runing normally. If motor is normal, replace the control board. E03 error code: 1,Turn on the treadmill , motor running a few seconds then stop and console board shows E03, probably the Speed sensor issue.

Press the reset button one more time with the Q-tip. "CL21" should appear on the screen. Press the enter key. The display will change again and show "CL22." Keep pressing the enter key until the numbers cycle through to the number "CL26." Press enter one more time. The letter E should appear on the display screen.

Press enter twice more. The letters "SS" should appear on the screen. When this happens, press the start/stop key. Making sure to keep well away from the tread, press enter to start the treadmill. The treadmill will start on its own. The treadmill will stop on its own after a few seconds. When it stops, press the power key two times. Remove the safety key and put in a safe place. please adjust the REED switch, see the diagram attached. Clean it +test it for open or faulty+tight the connector very well.

However if the problem persist error code 3, this is a problem with the PCA memory location, RAM. the solution is to replace the PCA.

Try to RUN the software calibration for easy diagnostic, and fix it

Check the motor brushes if they are find then I would go back to the board regardless if its new it could be defective

Take the battery out and leave it somewhere cool (not cold - over 10 degrees C) for 24 hours - this may help.
