Is the the Canon ZR 200 camcorder compatible with SDXC?

I want to get a 64 mb card (so I can record more video directly to the card instead of the tapes) but they are SDXC, is it compatible with my ZR 200? Some say yes and some say no or not sure.

SOURCE: canon zr200 wont format new 4gb sandisk card...why?

The ZR200 is able to read a card of maximum of 2 Gbytes !!!

The 4 GB SD card it is a so called SDHC = Secure Digital High Capacity ! Every SD card with more than 2 G Bytes it is a High Capacity and the old hardware will not be able to use these SDHC.

SOURCE: Is it possible to transfer videos from my ZR 85

It is possible with an appropriate software (like Nero) and a cable to fit into your computer's video port.

SOURCE: my playback video jumps after recording on tape

I have seen this problem many times, the recorder unit needs to be replaced, either something in the tape path has become out of alignment or dirty like a capstan motor or gears or the video head assy is defective. I hope this helps.

My Canon ZR-40 Mini DV Camcorder only has a blank screen when in VCR mode. Cannot use any VCR functions. When I try to record, it says 'No Card' but there is no slot for an SD card at all.

It's possible that the video head is dirty or damaged, which is preventing the camcorder from playing back tapes. You may need to clean or replace the video head. As for the "No Card" message, it may be a default message that appears when the camcorder cannot detect a tape. Check that the tape is inserted correctly and try a different tape to see if the issue persists. If the problem continues, it may be a more serious issue with the camcorder that requires professional repair.

What is the maximum size sd card (Gigabites)?

speed class choices.
about compatibility with host devices before choosing your card, it is important that you understand how to use your memory card to it greatest ability. sdxc memory cards and devices (digital cameras, video cameras, laptops, etc.) are now available. learn how to use your new sdxc memory card to optimize its performance.
confirm compatibility before inserting your sdxc memory card, confirm the device is compatible with the sdxc standard by locating an sdxc logo on the device or referring to the device's user manual or manufacturer information.

Does canonZR950 have a DV- In ? (Is a DV port always a I/O port)

This is incredible - I didn't know such a thing existed - but it does appear that the DV port on that camcorder is bidirectional, so it will serve as an input when connect to a source with a DV out. Very nice!

A lot, of course, will also depend on your endoscopic camera. I have seen endoscopic cams that would definitely be compatible with your Canon. But I saw a particular JVC endoscopic cam that would not be compatible. What is the model/manufacturer of the endoscopic cam?

Here is a copy of the manual for the Canon:
