Enter the bios using password - go to security page and remove password by entering current password then press enter 2x - save changes to bios then exit.The password is now removed.
For unknown bios you will need to take it to a Toshiba service center or search for bios removal proceedures available for your model.This video may help.Cheers

If the BIOS password cannot be remembered, the unit will need to be sent in for password removal. This service is not covered under warranty and charges will apply to have the password removed.
Please go to Fix My Acer and set the unit up for service requesting BIOS password removal. In the description please use the following: "Requesting BIOSpassword removal".
Note: This is for the BIOS password only and does not include the Windows login password. Acer does not remove Windows login passwords.
