How to unlocked the unit of Samsung Mobile Samsung Galaxy SIII GT-i9300 16GB - Marble White???

It depends on many factors e.g. country/carrier etc. The best way is to contact Samsung and request a factory unlock code (not cheap though)

Dropped my samsung galaxy in the washing up, now it is just flashing off and on, can it be saved?

There is a possibilty to recover the phone, have it checked by a good mobile phone tech. and ask him the severity, and if the phone can be fixed.
the chances for the phone be repaired varies, depending on the severity and what components have been damaged. It will depend on your decision if to repair or just replace the phone. the primary factor to consider is the cost of the repair versus the price of a brand new one.second factor is, if the phone after repair would last long, meaning will it service long enough to have your paid service fee worth it.

Samsung ultra slimfit tv automatically turn off and produces a beeping sounds. cannot be turn on again

Needs to have a component replaced. I'm betting this is a brand new TV. The factor part is not as good or strong as the aftermarket parts. Now that the TV has been operated the service adjustment and new parts will adjust the TV even better. Contact Service Tech for details, and repair of your TV.
