1995 jaguar XJ 12 Vanden plas Engine rotates but does not start. No power to fuel pump

check the inertia/fuel shut off switch located lower A post drivers side on uk cars may be other side for us spec press it down on top to reset it if ok the crankshaft position sensor is next to check common problem

Overheating caused catastrophic engine failure to my 2005 Jaguar XJ Vanden Plas. Replace engine and associated parts or scrap?

consider another engine preferably new as the car is still young and worth a heart transplant
all that is needed to replace is the engine , radiator and what ever drives the fan

How do i reset the engine control module in my 1995 jaguar vanden plas 4.0 will this reset ALL setings because i think this car needs it had 3 owners and cant seem to get memory and othe little things.

I'm not sure what you mean by "reset" but have a look for an OBDII / EOBD AUTO SCANNER (there's usually one or two on ebay.) Is that the sort of job you want to do?

Does anyone know if you can reset the master on a 1995 jaguar vanden plas,i did try taking the ground off for 15 secs and nothing changed,so if someone can help i'd appreciate it. thank you.

use a scanner connected to the data link connector.

1996 jaguar vanden plas fuse box has no id for fuses.looking for dashboard light fuse

Forget about fuse box id. Just test all fuses one by one with a test light until you find the bad one.

Windshield Wiper motor or relay switch repair.

SOUND LIKE A BAD WIPER RELAY.CHECK IN YOUR OWNERS CAR MANUAL IN GLOVE COMPARTMENT IT HAS FUSES AND RELAY LOCATIONS AND THE CIRCUIT EACH CONTROLS.

Adjust the tricky trans band in trans make sure gears arent shredding away and torque converter is up to date

Its in tranny unfortunatley youll have to take to tranny shop find one that does free inspection
