From the phone plugged into jack 1, usually 101, press PROG **1234 000 enter. Your date and time is changed using the arrow and NEXT keys and ENTER sets it after you're done.

SOURCE: cannot get the correct time set on the phone.
Try this....
For Panasonic system (especially for KX-T7633), you have to make changes from extension 101.
1. leave handset in the cradle then press "program".
2. Dial *# then "SP-PHONE" button until you see something like time set something something
3. manually input correct date then time then press "auto dial/store" button.
4. pick up the handset then hang up to save.

First make sure that your headset is really compatible with the Panasonic
phone. After plug in the headset to phone then u need to enable the
headset mode. To do this:
1) Press PROG.
2) Press program no. 61 (headset mode) and then press ENTER or STORE.
3) Press selection no. 0=OFF, 1=ON headset mode and then press ENTER or STORE again.
4) Press EXIT or PROG.

The Voice Mail feature is set by your phone company, not by the phone. Typically the phone company will set it for 20 seconds, or approximately 4 rings. This is called your voice mail "Ring Cycle"
Call them up (the customer service number should be on your phone bill) and they should be able to increase or decrease your ring cycle for you at no charge.
