How long have you had zeepad ? If its longer than garuntee, Zeepads are as cheap as 39.00 and a good computer tech will cost you at least 35.00 plus parts. While these tablets may be the Bics of pads getting another rather than wasting your time or money.
Here are the some simple steps to hard reset your ZeePad 7.0:- 1.)First of all,Go to Settings -> Storage -> Factory Data Reset. 2.)Otherwise,Power of the device completely. 3.) Now,Hold down both volumes and power button simultaneously. 4.)After doing this,you should get an android on its back opened up or something. 5.)Now,Press both volumes at same time to open up a small blue text menu. 6.)Then use Vol - and Vol + to navigate the Recovery mode. 7.)Select "Factory Data Reset", press power, choose "yes" from the menu then press power again.
I ordered a Zeepad 7DRK from Nomorerack.com it did the same thing. I emailed [email protected] and was sent back a response that basically gave me instructions to return my Zeepad 7DRK.
Go to www.zeepad.net click on the picture of your device. Download the device driver, loading program, instructions and the firmware for your zeepad. Reinstall the firmware this will update and bring your unit to Like new
