Jessica, 1. From Time Telling Mode, press and hold 'D'. Press 'B' simultaneously to select either 12 Hour or 24 Hour (Military) Time. NOTE: 'A' indicates 12 Hour Time is selected. 2. Release 'D' to return to Time Telling Mode.

There is probably a screw that is lose on the watch. Someone will need to pop open the caseback and make sure the screws are in place. If you or someone can't figure it out I suggest taking it to a watch repair person, do not go to a high end place they will charge more then what the watch is worth. Go to watch repair shop , and if they charge more then $10.00 then it's better just to buy a new watch on ebay.
No, this will not be covered on the warranty. You have to visit your nearest watch repair shop or jeweller and ask to fit a new stone. It is easy job and shouldn't cost too much.
