My almost 2 yrs old Cuisinart DCC 2000 coffee maker just stop working suddenly. The pre-set time was melfunction on every Sunday for about a month before it went dead completely now. There is a 3 yrs warrantly on it but we couldn't find the original receipt, what we need to do to get it replace?

This solution worked ... you have resurrected our coffee maker that was on the brink of going to the landfill! We already had one of these replaced by Cuisinart, but they wouldn't replace it this time because they claimed we were out of the warranty period of our original purchase even though this replacement was only 2 years old.
