there is no actual software for tamper removal
it is remove via a code you can get from verifone
except the tamper is persistent

it's a fake program... it's actually a virus.. call a computer person from craigslist.. do not call the geek squad.. they'll scam you for hundreds of dollars

i recommend the ACME tabletop temperer. it costs about 725 online and when the lightbulbs finish, they are cheap to replace. its a great investment.

seems one of your tamper swicthes has been activated,you should be able to isolate which one is needing attention and mute the sounder too
It is common for the tampers to fail in very moist conditions ie outside siren boxs exposed to the elements or a rodent has chewed thru your wiring
i could be a simple as a spider sitting on the tyamper switch in side the box.
If your alarm is monitored then you will have to call an alarm company to fix this for you unless you have the right skills to trace isolate and repair this problem,

YOu have to clear the tamper switch alarm,. It may be found in the Bios area
