Timex Triathlon Ironman Watch Battery Change, I forgot to show you how to reset the "AC" with tweezers so ...Missing: cr2016 ‎sr526sw
Oct 15, 2010 - Wondering how do you change a CR2016 battery in a Timex Idiglo watch? Changing a CR2016 battery in a Timex Indiglo watch is not a hard ..
Most probably its battery problem. You can go to any reputed (Titan, Timex) watch showroom and get its battery replaced. They will change the battery immediately.
Don't get the battery replaced from the small watch repair shops. They don't have original batteries, so your battery will not last long.
Hope it helps. Don't forget to rate me. Thanks for using FixYa.
1) hard rubber/ solid - These can not have the battery changed.
2) soft strap with connector in middle - these you can change the battery.
If you have the soft strap, it will have a small hard around 3 inch long block that "snaps" onto the strap to connect it. These have a battery compartment. Turn it around and you will see the outline for the battery compartment. These are not always easy to open, and the batteries are a little harder to find. Take it into any watch repair and they should be able to pop a new battery in for you pretty easy.
There is a link on my tips and tricks page to get manuals for Polar products, the T-31 wearlink is the product we are talking about, it has the how to change the battery and battery type.
mcdevito75 here, Just had the battery changed, if the watch was running fine before the last battery died, and now with this battery change the watch can"t keep time, try another battery as any Battery can be weak just from storage.
If you open already the watch, and you want to take the old battery, there is a clip that's lock the battery twist that lock.then the battery comes out and replaced with a new one. If you have already put the battery and no display you must reset it by shorting battery connection,in the plate there is arrow guide to the hole where you put your tweezers to short the connection.then the display appears 8888,that is already resetted take the tweezers.. click below for video guide; G-ShockBattery Change Tutorial
