If You Remember the Login Info

Open your Web browser and visit Facebook.com. to access your Facebook profile. Enter your login information, and then click "Log In."

Click the "Account" drop-down button on the upper right side of the window and select "Account Settings."

Click the "Settings" tab, and click "Change" next to "Password."

Type in your old password into the "Old Password" field, and then enter a new password into the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields. Click "Change Password."
If You Have Forgotten Login Info

Open your Web browser and visit Facebook.com. Click the "Forgot your password" link in the upper right corner of the page.

Enter either your email address or phone number into the "Email or Phone" field, your Facebook username into the "Facebook username" field or your first and last name along with the first and last name of any of your friends into the "Name and a friend's name" fields. Choose any of these options to verify your identity to Facebook.

Click "Search." Facebook will attempt to find your account and a security check pop-up window will appear.

Enter the words from the security check into the "Text in the box" field. Click "Submit."

Verify that Facebook found the correct account and click "This Is My Account" next to your account. Alternatively click "None of these are me. Try again" to attempt to find your account again.

Click the "Reset Password" button. Facebook will send a reset password to the email address on file with your account. Check your email and attain the reset password from your email address.

Enter the code into the "Password Reset Code" field, and click "Submit Code."

Input your new password into the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields. Click "Change Password."
Tips & Warnings
Facebook recommends using a combination of numbers, letters and punctuation marks in your password.
Passwords must be at least six characters long.
Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com
If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the little down arrow in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."
If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

is it giving http404 error. if that occurs then there is temporary problem. try after somedays. it come and if not that then check ur windows firewall setting and internet settings go to control panel security center -internet settings- trusted sites- sites then add those two sites and then u will be able to browse those two sites.....

I would go to http://www.facebook.com/help/#/help/?page=174 and try the troubleshooting steps. If they do not work, email facebook tech support with the emails that you used to create both accounts. They can assist you through closing one and getting your info back.

1. Try to login your mail site, and reactivate your account! (After 3 months mostly all mail servers deactivates an dead account)
2. Now, try the forgot password page to send mail at your activated account.
3. Check your inbox and reset your password!
