E1 F5 is bad door lock assembly. Only way to repair is to replace the locking assembly completly. Sorry. Hope this helps.

I've never heard of any gas stove needing to be re-calibrated annually. Sounds to me like he is trying to sell you some sort of contract for service that is not needed.

Did you use the self clean method or clean it yourself? I assume it's gas. It's possible that if you cleaned it manually, that cleaning solution clogged your gas valves. Be careful with gas!! You may call us for parts if you decide which part you needs. Hope this helps you~ :>)

That depends if the oven is electric or gas.

If it is electric, it can be heating element, temp probe, or control knob/buttons, board and wiring.

If it is gas it can be the igniter (check spark) , the thermostat, the safety valve that prevents accidental gas flow, or the control.

If the oven has self cleaning cycle, check that it is not stuck on self cleaning, try unplugging for a while and restarting self cleaning cycle in that case.
