WHY CANT I SWICH ON MY PHONE AND THE BATTERY IS ON AND OFF

please open back panal and remove battery then after 5 minute u can install same battery and swich on your mobile phone

Take off the phone then remove the battery then get to the sim compartment the remove the sim and fix it back then insert your battery and put on the phone and your phone will be back.

the batteries dead. you need a new one because after the battery dies it wont awknowledge the charger or battery. same thing happened to me. honestly this phone is a piece of ****. youre gonna have a lot more problems ttrust me. im having a problem with it now.

Format your memory card with use of a computer. it might be corrupted .you phone blinking might be a battery problem.download a mobile anti virus and scan your phone

Probably it is not charged. Or the battery is bad. So try charging it and if it doesn't work try using another battery.

please clean, signla pad, if not, make jumper antina swich, or change it.
