The bulb on my promethean board has been changed, and the filter has been cleaned, I cannot see the menu to reset it, how can i get it to work.

find the remote ??

Try to open the unit and the clean it as it has mirrors in it that might be dirty which needs a cleaning.

Make sure projector is unplugged and cooled down, lamp can be very hot
Remove the cover over lamp area
There are 3 screws in lamp unit (they have little arrows that point to them even) or check against new lamp to make sure you take out the correct ones
Pull straight up, place new lamp in securely and screw back down (screws are attached to each lamp set)
Place cover back over lamp area and screw closed
Reset lamp hours by hooking up your computer to board
Get to lamp reset screen
Press down up left right arrows in sequence then press return button in middle

Did you check your cable? if the connection is bad the image will flicker in and out.

The red indicator light usually comes on when something needs attention. Most often it has to do with the lamp timer or the filter timer. The projector keeps track of how long it's been since you've changed the bulb or cleaned the filter(s). You can reset these timers in the menu. Be sure to clean the filter before you reset the timer

the light is blerry ,
Pls check the lamp,(if it is bright enough )
check the color if it is correct and brite-colored (if the LCD panels is work well)

Most projectors use a menu-driven system...enter the menu, look for the lamp reset menu--DON'T RESET THE LAMP! Usually the filter reset option is with or near the lamp reset option. And, most probably, you'll have to use the remote to access the menu options.Hope this helps. Btw, have you cleaned the filter recently?? I clean mine once a week! Projectors generate LOTS of heat...Any extra heat ages the internal components prematurely causing lamps to fail, LCD panels to break down, and circuit boards to display incorrect images. ---Rick
