I recently bought a Juke DDL 8700 and I did not get a manual with. Where can I download a manual with regards to threading and stitch lenghts as well as tensions?

upper tension sets the lower thread tension (upper thread is what you see on the underside of the fabric). Bobbin tension is for the thread you see on the top of the fabric

I still don't understand this. I have acquiured a juki DDL 553 recently to discover I have no idea how to change the stitch length and that there is no reverse stitch. I have pressed the black button and have tried to turn the side?( the wheel?) but when i push down on the black button there is no way to turn the wheel it doesn't move, maybe there is some other part I'm supposed to be moving??
