Hi,

If the handlebar requires replacement, due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted, the chassis would need to come in for inspection & repair with our engineers.

If it is under 24 months old and you live in the UK please contact your retailer with proof of purchase to claim under warranty terms and conditions.

If it is over 24 months old or you no longer have proof of purchase and you live in the UK please contact the customer care team direct to book in for chargeable inspection & repair required.

If you do not live in the UK please visit the Quinny.com website, select the country you're in and choose the "Contact Us" tab for your enquiry to be sent to the relevant customer care team to help.

SOURCE: I have a Quinny Buzz

I think there is a way to correct this.

What you need to do:
1.) Push in the release button or the like and push the left and right side in/down. Make the handle bar lower.
2.) Now that both sides of the handle bar are at equal lengths, slowly pull each side up 1/2" at a time.
3.) By pulling the handle bar up together equally is should not dig in on the one side, like in your case the right side.

Tell me how it goes Sabrina!

Take care!

Once I've folded my phil & ted vibe (in single mode) the locking clips won't fold into place (I've used as much force as I dare -- worried I might break the clips if I try any harder). This makes it...

When folding the Vibe some important things to remember are that the handlebar must be in the most upright position (perpendicular to the ground), nothing can be below the rear axle level (ie. lift the basket up above this) and the front single wheel should have the side with the attachment bar on the outside.
The fold locks will not engage if everything is not in the correct position. If everything is in the correct position the fold locks will easily engage/disengage. If everything is NOT in the correct position the fold locks will not engage and should not be forced.

Folding:
  1. Put handle bar in upright position.

  2. Undo the side lock clips. Then you lift the red lever on the side to start the fold. Fold so that the pram front wheel and handle come together.

  3. As the pram folds ensure basket is above rear axle and the front wheel has the attachment bar on the outside.

  4. When the pram is fully folded you can fold the side lock clips back in place.

How do you open a bugaboo frog pram stroller

Hi,

To open the Frog, follow the steps below:

Stand behind the folded stroller, ensuring the handle is on the top of the stroller.
Bend down and place your hands on the handle bar, DONT lift the pram, make sure it stays on the floor.
Push the white button on the inside of the left hand side of the handle bar.
Pull both triggers (located inside of the handle bar) toward you and lift the handle up.
Stand up-right, and place your foot onto the bottom of the two axles which you can see in front of you (make sure that you have your foot on the axle which connects the two small swivel wheels).
Whilst you are standing, with your hands on the handle bar and your foot on the axle, push the axle out with your foot away from you and slightly upwards. This should open the chassis up-right. Please note that the chassis will appear to be unstable and move, this will stop the minute that you click on your carseat/carrycot or seat unit.
I hope this helps.

Difficulty unfolding phil and ted stroller

Hi,

I find that the best way to do this is the following;
Make sure that nobody is standing behind the pram (expecially small people!)
Make sure that the seat unit is raised.
Stand to one side of the pram, bend down and with both small black plastic buttons, push inwards (so that they are going toward eachother)
The back of the pram should fall to the floor.
Where the childs back of the knees are, lift up the fabric a little and grab the black metal bar, then lift this up and the pram should collapse nicely. You should have a ******** the handle bar with a popper on to secure this shut.

I hope this helps.

How do i fold down the mutsy urban rider pushchair

Hi,

To fold the Mutsy Urban follow these steps:

Stand slightly to the left of the pram, but have the handle bar (with button depressed) in your right hand. Have your left hand on the black cuff (on the left hand leg of the chassis)
In one movement, push in the button on the handle (with your right hand) and move downwards, whilst pulling the cuff upwards (with your left hand). Do this quite firmly and the pram will then collapse. Make sure that the handle is in the lowest position after folding, ensuring that the pram is as small as possible.

I hope this helps.
