Hi,
If the handlebar requires replacement, due to the safety implications of it being incorrectly fitted, the chassis would need to come in for inspection & repair with our engineers.
If it is under 24 months old and you live in the UK please contact your retailer with proof of purchase to claim under warranty terms and conditions.
If it is over 24 months old or you no longer have proof of purchase and you live in the UK please contact the customer care team direct to book in for chargeable inspection & repair required.
If you do not live in the UK please visit the Quinny.com website, select the country you're in and choose the "Contact Us" tab for your enquiry to be sent to the relevant customer care team to help.
SOURCE: replacement foam handle for quinny freestyle pram
Hi if it is just the foam you can go to any bike shop & thye can resolve this or if you need a new 1 look on ebay they have loads of spare parts
SOURCE: I have a Quinny Buzz
I think there is a way to correct this.
What you need to do:
1.) Push in the release button or the like and push the left and right side in/down. Make the handle bar lower.
2.) Now that both sides of the handle bar are at equal lengths, slowly pull each side up 1/2" at a time.
3.) By pulling the handle bar up together equally is should not dig in on the one side, like in your case the right side.
Tell me how it goes Sabrina!
Take care!
