-- Ink or toner cartridges that have become dislodged from their proper place.
- The wrong paper size loaded in the input tray.
- Clogged printer head nozzles causing a build-up of blocked ink or toner.
- Blank pages in the document you're printing.
What has wrong is the toner cartridge holder has jumped a tooth and thats what is causing it. It is a easy fix but very hard to tell you over fixya.

I do not understand your problem. Can you provide a better failure description, please?
1) Do you mean that your printer was printing say page 5 of a 15 page document and suddenly jumper to page 14 and you are missing 9 pages of the document.
2) Your document is printing page 5 and suddenly you get 5 blank pages and then the text begins printing on page 6. No data is lost but you have 5 blank pages.
Problem 1: More than likely caused by a data flow control failure.
Problem 2: Can be a myrid of things. For example, Extral Line Feed commands accidently imbedded into the datatream, worn indexing parts allowing the motor to drive the paper up more then it is supposed.
This error is an outcome of Printing a document which is not supported by the Driver. It normally happens when the user tries to print a PDF Format Document. It is just an exception but this types of Format Documents are hard to print and cause this error. Go to HP website and check for latest or upgraded Drivers or for some Firmware Upgrade. An outdated Firmware can cause this.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.
Check the units main printed circuit board, as well as the power supply, you may find some large capacitors that have become low of faulty, especially if they have an electroststic glue holing them in place as this glue become conductive over time. Check the Capacitance(unless you can see the culprit,it will look like he exploded from top or bottom) and remove any glue from the printed circuit board. Good Luck.
Have you try to change your cartridge.
Some times when you refill your cartridge, the flow of ink do not work properly. Try to change your both cartridge and then try
I know this sounds dumb, but alignment pages use the color cartridge to make black print. Are you sure your black cartridge is working? and what does the windows test page come out looking like?
