I was doing a load one nite, then the power went on and off a few times. Ever since then I am getting the FH error code. I checked water hoses and screens. I cleaned out drain trap. I have also left machine unplugged overnite. Code is still there. There seems to be sufficient water still running into machine. Dont see a difference there. And after watching a load, at the rinse cycle, it rinses, drum rotates, drains a bit and starts all over again until I cancel load and just drain and spin myself. Any ideas? i have searched all over this site and have tried everything I have found. Nothing has worked yet!!!!
Take the lid off attached to the inlet valve to the dispenserr you will see a little white mechanisim in line with them. this is called your flowmeter take it off and blow through it is should sound like a cazoo. put it back on and try to do a wash cycle. if this doesn't help you need a new flowmeter. also if you take the kick panel off you will find the tech sheet to help you diagnose this problem.
I did this and it seems to have fixed the problem. Yeah! Great description, thank you. I found the flowmeter in between the black hoses, each about 3/4 inch in diameter. Loosened the clamps, detached them from the white flowmeter and blew. Sure enough, it did sound just like a kazoo! You saved me a bunch of money, thanks!
Worked like a charm, thank you!

Error Code FH Diagnostics Following Power Outage:
Possible Failed Inlet Valve; open top of washer (unplug from wall socket, remove three screws top/back of washer lid, slide top back one inch then lift up, unplug wire plugs from each of the hot and cold inlet solenoid valves, check continuity (ohm meter) of both hot and cold solenoids. If 500-1500 ohms resistance on both Inlet Valves, then Inlet Valves are OK electrically. If less than 500 ohms on either hot or cold, the Inlet Valve has failed electrically. NOTE: If the cold water solenoid checks out OK and the hot water solenoid fails, run loads on cold/cold and the FH error should not appear. This will give you time to order a new Water Inlet Valve (around $50 and a 10 minute job to replace... see videos on youtube and elsewhere).

Thanks, all I can say is "who needs Sears!!" All the money I spent on the extended warranty was a waste.. My wash finally finished on its own after a week!! Hopefully doing what I did helped for good. and with the info from people on this site.
