Hello! You may need to prime the trigger to get the solution to start flowing. To do this, recline the handle and pump the trigger about 30 times. Then, turn the cleaner on and hold the trigger in for 30 seconds. The solution should begin to dispense. Be sure you are only using the cleaning products specified for use with this unit.
