I would need to know what group your lines are ringing in to.(Look at the phone display on any ringing phone and it will tell you the "ringing group" probably 500, 501 etc.) With that known we can add all three stations to that group and mark the "NEXT" option to go to station 202. Just have 202 forwarded to voice mail on a NO ANSWER condition and it will work for you

Please follow the steps :-
1) Press transfer.
2) Dial 800.
3) Enter passcode = (try 4321 or 1234)
4) Press 1.
5) Press the speaker button.
6) Dial 505.
7) The display will show.
WMMDDYY:00:00
w=day of the week (1=Mon. - 7=Sun.)
mm=2 digit month
dd= 2 digit day
yy=2 digit year
time must be entered in military time when done press Transfer.

The easiest way to show you how to program you dss key is to watch the video attached, you need to make this a DS key and then input the extension number or try the following 1234 +/- Speaker MMC 722 Once in 722 type the extension number in the bracket at the top of the screen. The curser will then drop down to the button 1 key which will be call 1. Always keep the call 1/ 2 keys!!! Press the button that you want to change and find the command on the relevant button.

Hi, at the handset dial TRANSFER 107 then the Voice-mail transfer button on that phone then dial 529. This should work. I've posted a video from http://www.abbeytelecom.com showing how to program the soft-keys there are loads of others on the website
