Solution:
CAUSE: The K (black) IU (C-255C) has failed. The M (Magenta) IU (C-255A), Y (Yellow) IU (C-255B) or C (Cyan) IU (C-2559) is not fully seated or has failed.

Fusing motor failure to turn remove the fusing unit. Check for proper operation. If the orange rollers are chewed up replace the fuser unit
