Well good news and bad news if u just got shot ends easy cut end off and copy other end with new rj11 6 pin phone jack.. what im trying to do is give camera secondary 12v power and use the wire in the jack to splice into RCA type connector to work with my old dvr

I salvaged an SOD14C and found this out by playing around with it.

the 6 pin RJ11 is wired as follows, holding the cable, connector up, cable hanging down with the pins facing you the pins count from left to right.
Pin 1 is green it is the Microphone +
Pin 2 is red it is the +12 Volts DC
Pin 3 is yellow it is the Speaker +
Pin 4 is the bare copper shield it is the common (-12 Volts DC, Microphone -, and Video -)
Pin 5 is whitish clear it is the Video +
Pin 6 is black it is the Speaker -

I guess this is an ongoing issue with Samsung cameras. Did anyone EVER figure this one out?

I broke a cable module on one of the original cables during installation. I tried to substitute a normal telephone cable with 6 pin RJ11 modules but it wouldn't work. I finally got the broken module to work but there is apparently some difference between the pins or wiring of the furnished smo-120S cable and RJ11 phone cable.

Sorry I don't have a solution but perhaps will help you find a solution.
