my samsung ml-1666 printer problem is while i'm push the power on button the printer LED (RED & Green) lite a second and goes off.what couse this problem.....

You can continue printing in black even if the yellow color is gone. All you will get is a message that the yellow needs to be replaced.

Install the old black tonner back inside, if the yellow vertical marks disappear then the problem is in the new black tonner

Get new cartridges. Refills only work a few times then the jets then to dry up.

Those printer tonners are very tricky to refill and a bad refill induse on bad printing so you can clean the drum (the round green thing) with isopropilic alchool. If it continues it indicates that the blade ( inside tonner plastic blade that cleans the excess tonner powder) is durty and you can clean it too with the same alchool. If it continues replace the tonner cartridge.
