I got a new Emachine from germany all the sofware is in German help me I need this laptop for Classes
The display language is the language that Windows uses in wizards,
dialog boxes, menus, and other items in the user interface. Some
display languages are installed by default, and others require you to
install additional language files.
Click to open Regional and Language Options.
Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.
Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.
Note
If
you don't see the list of display languages, you need to install
additional language files first. For more information, see Install a
display language.
You'll need to go to your Control Panel --> Regional & Language --> From here is where you can change what language your computer displays. There is 2 tabs here that you'll change it from German to English : Regional Options & Advanced.
Now, getting through all of that with no knowledge of German...good luck. I would try to find translator online for certain words.
You have to load an English
operating system like Windows. Is the keyboard in English? If the layout is
different you will need a new driver but that will not change the physical keys.
