You should check the Transfer and Sep. Assy. (It is directly below the drum) Its a Assy. that can be removed with two screws when you open the center of the machine.The motor that sends the cleaning device across those wires in that Assy. (the motor is on the Assy.) is stuck or bad. You can also prevent it from functioning by using the soft switches and turn that off, especially if you don't like hat high pitch squeal when you turn on your machine.
Transfer/separation cleaning motor home sensor error. Most commonly caused by toner building up in sensor. Open front doors, lower center handle, and pull out transport unit. Located in the middle of the units paper path (to the right of the fuser) is the T/S unit. Located the two screws holding the unit in and loosen them, ones at the front the other is at the back. Pick the T/S unit straight up and out of the machine and clean out any toner and paper dust located in underneath. Reinstall unit and reboot machine.
Open the middle of the machine in the center of that you will see a unit that has three very thin wires be careful they are very easy to break. They are covered by a plastic mesh these wires are what pulls the image off the drum and on to the paper. There is a cleaning device for these wires the code is telling you it did not complete the job. or it mite be stuck. it should be at one end it mite be in the middle. There is away to shut the cleaner off so it does not work at all. A lot of times it is not required.
C - 2105 Transfer/separation corona cleaning motor home sensor error code. Remove the transfer/separator corona located in ADU assy,use the vacuum cleaner and clean the corona support and the 2 sensors(located under corona assy rear and front area).After cleaning urn ON the copier and is working.

Can be completely turned off via service mode soft switches.
