How can I get a code for a sansui tv 2002, I keep getting a protected by v-chip?

I need a code for a 2002 sansui tv protected by v-chip, uanble to watch tv because I need the password for the chip

I HAVE A SANSUI TV MODEL DTV2798 AND THE VCHIP IS ACTIVATED. I DO NOT HAVE THE CODE. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE?

yes. you could purchase a philip brand universal remote control to use your sansui tv & set up & enjoy your game. code# is0115,or #0632 or #0041. please try each one. good luck!

I bought a Sansui TV/VCR/DVD combo. The vcr/dvd works great! The tv works through channel 13. But there is a 4 digit password on the rest of the channels on the V-chip. How do I remove this password?
you may have parental protect.... try to reset your tv... set to factory defualt

Sansui TV, V chip accidentally set
If you are on a protected channel where you are getting the "Protected Program by TV-etc" you have to get out of that channel and go to a channel that is not protected. That will allow you to hit your "Menu" button and access the V-Chip settings on your TV. Depending on the type of TV you have, you may end up using your Vol Up button as a sort of "Enter" button. Hope that helps!
