Rainbow Vacuum AquaMate (Carpet Cleaning System). My Aquamate keeps leaking.

Question edited for clarity.

If you can get the trigger unit apart, you will almost certainly find a spring that pushes the trigger back and an O-Ring that is sticking. Both parts can be found in Home Depot or similar. Clean and reassemble with some Vaseline for lubrication.

F7220-900 leaking but tanks don't leak

This sounds like a bad O ring on the metering plate, the plate that the solution tank rests on. Not the easiest fix but can be done in the right environment. I can give you some part numbers to start but you're better off having a shop that is familiar with these do the work.

Names and part numbers to get you started in finding a shop.
O ring #25156522
Metering Plate #38764031
and worst case scenario a cracked supply tank support assembly #41423018.
Explaining the problem to the service personnel and mentioning these parts will put them in the right place to fix your problem.

How do I fix my Rowenta Iron? It leaks from the base. It has never been dropped.

Some gasket of flat iron wear out in time. To remedy this problem you must first detect where the leak was coming from. Usually it comes from the area where the water meets the vaporizing chamber. When you found the leaking area you remove the water dry it thoroughly and apply a high temperature gasket maker at the leak and wait it to cure naturally. Usually one day is enough to get the flat iron to work again.

How to stop leaking fro bottom of machine

I've fixed these before and it's not easy. Your leak is a tear on the flexible hose that goes from the suction take-up body to the upright handle. Tape will temp. fix it, but you have to cut off the bad piece and re-attach it if you want a permanent repair.

Hoover Steam Vac V2 Deep Cleaner leaking clean water

Fill the tank and determine if the plastic is leaking, or if the valves are leaking. if the tank is cracked, it would need replaced. There is an improved design now available.

You may cycle the valves on the bottom with the eraser end of a pencil.
