Outgoing caller ID is not one of the features of the system for analog circuits. If you were running a PRI or BRI, then the system can hand out the caller ID. I would ask your telco provider to check the outgoing caller ID once again.

The output amp section for your system is not designed to run more than the speakers that come with it. By adding more, you presented too low an impedence load to the amp and overheated it. This occurred too quickly for the internal protection circuits to kick in to prevent damage to the outputs. This unit will now require that the outputs be replaced.
