Fatal Error 121

My OKI C5800LDN printer displayed the Service 121 error last night. After reading the previous solutions, and trying them with no success, I followed the instructions in the service manual, and removed the High Voltage Power Supply Board. There are four cables that plug into the board, the rest of the electrical connections are made between spring loaded fingers that make contact directly with the board when snapped into place. I used a rubber eraser to carefully polish each one of the fingers and their connections points on the circuit board. I re-installed the board, and the error is gone.

I have attempted to install 3 different black toner cartridges in my OKI c3400. I keep getting an error: "Toner cartridge lock lever is improper, drum missing, or toner sensor error. OFFLINE." I first...

The plastic shutter in the ID is fully or partially covering the toner sensor window.

Move the cover upward to allow for the sensor to become fully exposed prior to reinstalling the drum.

OKI C8600 Printer Toner Sensor Reset

I've had two toners that have done this, they register as used as soon as you turn the dial to open the toner compartment. So if they don't work properly, as soon as you remove them.. you can no longer use them. (they empty contents into the drum).

I got in contact with my supplier and sent them back as faulty cartridges.
