Try calling the customer service number (212)-645-9033. I have not called them yet to get the conversion rails for our Delta Luv 5 in 1, but I'm hoping that they will know more than Babies R Us!!

If its like mine, you just remove the front panel that went up and down. Then lower the wood mattress support to the lowest level. You are now ready for the toddler bed. Once you want to convert to a double bed frame. You have to purchase a metal frame that holds the bed. Then attach the back and the front to the metal frame. This should like a sleigh bed. If your crib didn't come with the side rails you may not be able to find them. also check for recalls the Delta cribs have been having a few.
