How to recover HP laptop from usb or recovery partition when winload.exe not found?

so the F11 key recovery is not wanted again, got you.( delete it)
so you use w7
boot the media. (DVD or usb stick)
and do afresh load of W7 , booted from install media.
you do that and it lands here.
a setup.exe, crude explorer it is.

now delete all you see there, and install w7 next.
make sure in bios
safe boot is off, or you can not boot to DVD nor your new w7, usb thumb drive.

I think you can access this by going to "Start", "run", thentyping "msconfig". This will bring up the config menu where you can change boot options.

First change your RAM and again try recovery

windows is corrupted, (guess at huge virus attacks.)
needs fresh load from HP recover CD, lost those,?
if the fresh load fails then the HDD is bad.
i can see you tried safe mode
but fails.
an all in one, quasi desktop, not a true desktop at all.
its like large notebook with legs.
and as such more hard to repair, (parts non standard)
looks like its a 2012 product from HP,
so is supported until 2022.

i guess the F11 key recovery failed.

ah but only works on a running system(must be done day one new pc, so you have this recovery DVD-r or USB stick.

you can also , do it the hard way
call hp and beg for media
or use free micro soft down load ISO, for w7/8 or 10
and install the MS software
then use the COA sticker on back of PC for the lic. activaiton.
W7 in this case.
then down load all hp drivers for w7 and intall them.
there did all 3 ways for you.

jake howe many discs do you have 1 or 2 ? have you ever seen windows welcomescreen ? if 2 discs windows is on one of them.
changed anything in BIOS if set optimal defaults BIOS can change
disc at start from.tap onF8,F10 OR DEL to get there one tap a second,then there find harddiscdevices and change disc.

and if :

Your "BOOT" folder has been deleted, was not created, or has been corrupted; and the Vista bootloader will not show.
Solution Boot into a working copy of Windows and install/run EasyBCD.
Go to the "BCD Backup/Repair" page:




Select "Re-create/repair boot files" then "Perform Action" to begin recovery. EasyBCD will recreate (if possible) your boot files and re-configure your bootloader from scratch.
If EasyBCD fails, that means a process has locked your BOOT folder. Manually delete this folder with a Live CD, recovery console, or other method, then try Type Three again.

If you reinstall windows just make sure you do it on the partition it was already installed. If it was not installed in D as long as you do not delete or format that partition you will not lose that data or the partition.

As for your errors you will need to reinstall windows if you cannot repair the already installed partition.
