Question about Toys
I was using a john deere d105 series lawn tractor to cut grass and all of the sudden the gas pedal became loose and unusable. when it is in forward or reverse the pedal lays all the way down but the tractor doesn't move. Feel like it is no longer receiving any resistance like it was when i was using it.

Try jacking the unit up. Start it up and try moving pushing the forward and reverse back and forth and see if it does it then. It sounds like an oil way in the hydrostatic unit has a check valve stuck. Of course make sure that the fluid lever is up. Hope this will help you. donnyb60

Are the actual shifter levers not engaging or are the switches not clicking?
These Peg Perego Parts are available at http://www.shopjandl.com/, but I would check to make sure if it is the switches specifically or the levers under the shifter.
It is simple to check the shifter by taking the 2 screws out that hold the shifter in.
Hope this helps.
Let me know what you find.

The engine needs air, so be sure the air filter is clean. If it is not, replace it.
The engine needs spark. Replace the spark plug and be sure that the battery has a complete charge.
The engine needs good fuel so be sure the gas is newly purchased, not gas that has been sitting around for months.
