take out the battery wait 1min then put it back in

try and check in case you have anything connected in USB Port. If yes, please remove that and try to boot in safe mode and try checking the system now.

For further help, please share if in case you have completed the formatt of the system and is that
using a CD/DVD or factory installed.

Your board didn't come with on board video so, you must have a video/garphics card? Need make, manufacturer, and model of card for graphics. It comes with three PCIe slots.
