Need a new glass for men's seconds watch

I assume you mean a Sekonda watch.
Watches from large scale manufacturers like Sekonda come with a wide range of glass sizes. 30mm diameter is a common one, but you would need to remove the glass in one piece to measure it. Watch glasses are commonly in 0.5mm steps (e.g. 30.0mm, 30.5mm,31.00 mm etc.) and may have rounded or bevelled edges so it is often very difficult to determine the exact size without removing the glass.
Additionally, there is the thickness of the glass to consider.
Finally, the 'glass' may be plastic, mineral glass or sapphire crystal.
All in all, you will have to know how to remove the back of the watch, how to remove the crown and stem in order to remove the movement, how to remove the glass in one piece, how to fit a replacement glass, how to refit the movement, how to refit the crown and stem and how to refit the back.
Alternatively, take it to a watch repair centre - you'll still have a working watch after they've finished with it.....

What is this womens 14 k gold watch worth?

Without more information, "only what someone will pay." The name on the face, or back, should be entered into a search engine and lead you to sites which sell watches, and show you pictures for you to match against.

The hands have come off my fossil FS3087 wrist watch. I would like to know how to take off the glass in order to fix it myself. Thank you

mcdevito75 here, In most cases the glass (crystal) come off or out thru the back of the watch which means you"ll have to remove the quartz mechanism, and that means removeing the stem, thse quartz stems are very prone to breaking while being removed form the quatrz mechanism and the cost of a repair may be more expensive then a whole new watch, shop around get a price from a small watch repair shop on repair verses a new Fossil watch.

Can't get the back of my watch back on

mcdevito75 here, Your Timex watch back cover should have a cutout in the back cover for the stem (winder) make sure this cutout is lined up with the stem the stem lies in this cutout, once you have it lined up, lay the watch down, crystal (glass up on a sturdy surface, Table, counter top etc. Now, with your palm and even, even pressure on the crystal (glass) simply press down, you"ll hare it click shut. Don"t force anything and if you still can"t get your watch back cover on, look for a small watch repair shop in your arear. It may take a special pair of pliers to get the cover on. Most Timex back covers are kind of hard to get back on.

How can you get into a sovereign ladies watch to change the battery, does the back come off or the glass ? the back doesn't seem removable. its diameter is 20 mm and its 9 carat gold. bracelet and watch

You have to pull stem out of watch movement completely and then remove watch glass. Sovereign watch cases are monoblock, so, the only way to get into it is to remove the glass. Rate me, plz.

New watch..Jules Jurgenson day-date..the stem cap is loose.

remove the cap and put a tiny drop of locktite glue on it. spill some glue onto a piece of glass or an old plate and use a sewing needle to put a tiny drop of glue in the hole then screw it back on and wait till the remaing glue on the glass is gone hard before pushing the stem back in .. this last bit is important so as not to glue the stem to the watch. if this helps please rate me joe

Changing a watch battery

I used a sharp penknife blade to remove the watch front by getting right on the base and pinching the glass off, (comes off quite easily) tilt the watch out of the case and see enough to prise battery out with a needle. The battery is a Maxwell SR920W or equivalent. Have ordered new batteries on ebay.
