Any watch maker should be able to tell you what battery is needed and/or replace it for you.

To replace the battery in a Rosendahl watch with the model number 43250, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Remove the back of the watch by using a watch back removal tool or a small flathead screwdriver to gently pry it off.
2. Take out the old battery and discard it properly.
3. Take the new battery and orient it so that the positive side is facing up.
4. Place the new battery in the watch, making sure that it is positioned correctly and securely.
5. Replace the back of the watch by pressing it back into place. Make sure that it is securely fastened.

HOW TO REPLACE BATTERY IN MY POLAR TARGET WITH A TS1 TRANSMITTER

Remove the four screws that hold the battery cover on the back of the watch. Remove the 3 very small screws that hold the battery in place. Remove the battery from the battery holder. The piece that the 3 small screws were removed from seperates from the 3 volt 2016 energizer battery. Replace the battery with a new one. Re-install the battery holder to the watch. There is a small tab on the lower left part of the battery holder that needs to be depressed to activate the watch. Depress it and look at the face of the watch to make sure it is activated. The watch will need to have the time, date etc reset but you should now be able to see that the battery is working. Replace the battery cover and reset the time and date as needed.

Open watch caseback. Undo the contact. Memorise numbers on battery and buy exactly the identical one. Replace the battery. Fit the contact back. Close the caseback. Reset the watch.

Take the watch to a jewlers, let him replace the battery they usually only charge for the new battery,
and they do not cost much.
