SOURCE: My Jabra SP700 Won't turn

You've probably set it to locked mode whitout knowing it. Here's what the manual says about that locking mode, and how to get out it:

Locking mode

To prevent accidental key presses that could turn your speakerphone

on e.g. while carrying it in a bag, the speakerphone can be

turned into locking mode. Press simultaneously the Answer/End

button and FM button for 4 seconds while the speakerphone is

turned on. The speakerphone is now turned off and can only be

turned on again by pressing Answer/End button and FM button
simultaneously for 2 seconds.

I just bought 2 Jabra handsfree sp700s and cannot seem to pair either one of them with either mine nor my husbands's phone. what could be the problem? I have a Samsung Eternity & my husband has LG...

I also have 2 sp700s. They worked fine for a while but now are very finicky. One of the problems is that the phone will sometimes say it is paired but the Jabra will not. I have found I can get them to pair correctly, if I disconnect the charger cable, so the SP700 is running on its battery, and then pair the phone. It will pair and work fine for a while after that. Repeat as necessary.
I suspect this is not your problem, but perhaps my work-around will help others.
