Please help! I have a samsung gt-e2550 and it won't turn on. The battery has been playing up for the past couple of weeks dying quickly etc. all of my work numbers are on it and need them as they didn't save to my contacts as I thought that they did.

I HAVE GT-E2550 CELFONE. Today When I switch off the mobile and then switch on. it's want password for phone lock. this is first time swict off. no password i have set. but i don't know what is the password. please help me now.

This can be achieved using a microSD card formatted in the phone. In Settings menu, PC Connections, set the phone to Mass storage. Connect to computer and upload your ringtone file to the music folder.
Go to Menu, My files, Memory card, Music. Select your ringtone and under options select Copy to phone.
Now go to Settings, Profiles, select profile, Options, Edit, Call ringtone, Change, Music, Select your ringtone, then press Back repeatedly until you get back to initial screen.

You can change your sound settings by following the instructions below,

To change your sound profile,
1. In Menu mode, select Settings ? Profiles.
2. Select a profile you want.
To edit a sound profile,
1. In Menu mode, select Settings ? Profiles.
2. Scroll to a user profile and press
? Edit.
3. Customize the sound settings as desired.
