Hi,
Your microwave has a fuse inside that will cut all of the power if anything goes wrong....
Something inside there has gone bad and it blew the fuse....
The microwave will need to be torn apart and the problem found which can be difficult if you do not know how to use an OHM meter well...that tool will help you to find the short or the part that is pulling too much current...
Working inside microwaves can be very dangerous, so be careful if you decide to try it...

On this model, you have to remove the outer cover of the oven, then you'll find the lamp in the socket mounted on the air duct above the magnetron on the right side of the oven.
The DMO24S is essentially a rebranded Sharp model R-530E, so its service manual (here) will tell you how to disassemble it, but the proper part numbers are found in the DMO24 parts list here.
You can find links to helpful exploded view diagrams and part ordering help here.
At that last link, when looking for Dacor parts, you have to search by part number only.

Other than size and cosmetics, the DMT2420 has a touch screen.
The keypad control board will need to be replaced, the rough cost for the part alone is about $100.00 or more.
