I am sorry I could not get you a FREE user manual for your Samsung YP-T7F...BUT YOU CAN!
Go to the following website put in your complete info in and download your FREE user manual and it will tell you how to do everything you want to know with your MP3 player
I would have gotten the manual direct website, but you did not put in the whole model number, you left a few off of the rear. There is more than just this model number I picked the first one.

Is there a save settings button in the software, or perhaps a save settings function in the menu or preferences? Look for something similar to "Save settings."

Can you please try resetting the unit by pressing in the reset hole with a point object?

In this case wat u can do is on the Mp3 player itself u will see a slide switch which will 
say Hold/Unhold or Lock/Unlock............ Just make sure it is not Locked or On Hold and then try to turn it on......... Good Luck....... Take Care

the video for the yepp yp-t7f has to be converted too ASF form most 98 or above video converters have
this type of app..

it may have a reset button, sometimes a tiny little hole that you use a paper clip to push it with. but first check the manual or online for such a button.

Seems like you need to upgrade the firmware for this device. Please go to this link.... http://www.samsung.com/support/productsupport/download/index.aspx ....select your device model; download the firmware You would get the operating instructions on the downloaded file. Its easy. cheers

i put mine alphabetical by cutting and pasting it into a folder. then sorted files in alphabetical then pasted them into my mp3. i keep getting new songs so i dont bother anymore...
