Check to see if there is a sock or underwear stuck outside of the drum. Your hand can separate and fit between the rubber rings around the door. On the upper left side where the intake tube is, I had a sock stuck that gave a F25 error. Once I removed it the error code was gone. Also check the bottom valve for objects. Just put a tray under it before you unscrew it because there might still be some water left in there. And while you are at it check the outlet tube if there is anything plugging it.

SOURCE: F25 error code
this is scary. I got a brand new whirlpool duet sport I ordered from Costco.com. After 19 days of waiting for delivery it finally arrived and was installed by the whirlpool dlvy people. I read the instructions and started my 1st load within an hour of being installed. It never worked. Ok it work 6 mins and stopped on every cycle I put it on and then I got the error code 25. I called their customer svc number and they could not even tell me via the phone what that meant. I am suppose to have another delivered here HOPEFULLY next week but after seeing others having repeated problems I do not know if I should just say no take it all back.

Hello twelsh2
Welcome,
You said, you started my washer and after a few minutes I'm getting this F25 code.
Water starts to go in but it never starts washing. Any thoughts?
This is what F25 is telling you.
Condition
DRIVE MOTOR TACHOMETER ERROR
If the control is unable to properly detect motor speed, the
machine shuts down. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin,
the door unlocks after 3 minutes.
Check and Repair
1. Verify the shipping system including shipping bolts, spacers
and cables are removed.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power for 5 minutes (Rests the system)
3. Check wire harness connections between the drive motor
and the Motor Control Unit (MCU), and between the MCU
and the Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
5. Check the MCU by looking for operations of the drive motor.
6. Check the drive motor for powered rotations

SOURCE: F-06 error code
The solution is replacing the MCU. I had the same problem. Would work for a load or two and then F-06 error code. I had A&E factory service out twice. First time he charged me $120 and couldn't get it to repeat the F-06 error. After he left, we did two loads and got F-06 again. Second techician from A&E said it was the CCU and wanted $700 to repair ($500 for the part and $200 for labor). I decided to do it myself and bought a CCU online for $250. Installed it and still had the F-06 problem. Then I installed the MCU for $150 based on other comments on this site and that was the solution. Haven't had any F-06 errors since. If you have the same problem, suggest you try replacing the MCU (Motor Control Unit.)
