this is a common problem now days, probably itz caused by a virus/trojan..

download microsoft kb890830, install n run

also possibilities of:
u may not hv java runtime/adobe flash player/shockwave player installed..
the windows firewall is limiting the site..
may b ur antivirus is doing so..
some spyware/trojan horse also may play foul..
sometime it also depends upon the browser u r using..
may b it is black-listed or restricted by using 'content advisor' (in case of internet explorer) in ur computer by some user or the above..
may b it is being filtered by the 'phishing filter'..
there may b possibilities that the site may contain 'active content'....

ou can try to disable or lessen the sececurity feature of the firewall and also you can try to optimized your browser, please follow these steps:

USING INTERNET EXPLORER:

1. On your IE click on tools.
2. Internet Options.
3. Under general TAB clcik on "DELETE"
4 Select all except for the "PASSWORD" then hit DELETE.
5. Then click on CONTENT TAB.
6. Hit "CLEAR SSL STATE".

OR

>Go directly to ADVANCED TAB (under internet option also) and hit "RESET".


USING MOZILLA:

1. On your MOZILLA browser click on "TOOLS"
2. Select "CLEAR PRIVATE DATA".

The way to deal with this is to report it to the Police as harrassment and slander. You could even take it to court. The police know how to get things done on facebook. FB have to obey the privacy laws and stand to be also sued for allowing slanderous comments and harrassment to take place on their website.
