The washer drum is loose the washer goes off balance. What part could it be?
SOURCE: front loading washer basket is loose and pump is making noise
The loud sounds you hear when the washer is on is coming from 5 possible sources 1. unbalance wash load, 2. a washer that is not level, 3. a broken agitator, 4. a blockage in the water pump, and 5. a worn transmission.
Solution, balance your load, level your washer, removed the hoses from the water pump to remove any blockage. If these solutions don't solve the problem contact a service provider to service your agitator and or your transmission.
Good luck

Open the door and then reach inside the washer and grab the front of the inner tub with your finger tips. Can you wiggle the inner tub inside the outer tub? If so, your spider shaft supporting the inner tub is cracked and needs replaced. It is quit a job for the average handyman. Most often the professionals mustr be brought in for this repair.
Let me know if I can help further,

If this is a front loading machine it could be the rear bearing or the spider bracket could be broke. You will need to take the machine apart to finf out which it is
Hello Rob - Try rotating the drum manually when it is turned. If you notice that the drum is not balanced and cannot rotate freely, I would suggest contacting a professional so they can move forward accurately. Washer may possibly have a faulty bearing, unbalance drum or pulley issue.
